We rebuild most Bilstein shocks if parts are available and unlike most brands we generally ask the shock owner to source the parts from Bilstein. We've found that virtually all rebuildable Bilsteins require proprietary components and Bilstein will need the specific part numbers of your shocks to locate parts. Unfortunately they aren't easy to work with nor do they offer wholesale pricing. The result is it's effectively cheaper for owners to get the parts as we would need to mark them up beyond retail to cover our costs. Often best practice is to contact us with your specific needs.
