Warranty information

At 4x4 Shock Tech, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and the parts we install. All shock rebuilds are covered by a 90-day limited warranty from the date of service.

What’s Covered

• Defects in workmanship related to the rebuild process.
• Failure of new parts (such as seals, bushings, or shafts) installed during the rebuild.

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, racing, accidents, or lack of maintenance.
• Issues arising from shock bodies, shafts, or components not replaced during the rebuild.
• Changes in ride quality, valving, or performance preferences.

How It Works

If a problem arises within 90 days that falls under warranty, return the shock to us for inspection. If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace the affected components at no charge. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
