We are the only shop in North America offering BP51 rebuilds. These shocks are not factory supported. We've sourced our own complete seal kits for these units as well as upgraded USA made lower bearings where needed. We can also increase base valving for very heavy rigs that have run out of adjustment range. Typical rebuild interval is 4 years or 50K miles on these units. Scroll down for basic pricing.

We've developed our own in house o-ring and seal kit for BP51. These parts are not available from ARB in most parts of the world. It should be noted that BP51 is a complicated shock and rebuild should only be attempted by experienced technicians. We do offer professional rebuilding for those who do not want to undertake the task themselves. Contact us to order.
A common problem on BP51 is squeaking, failing lower coilover spherical bearing, These parts are often not readily available from ARB and the factory bearings are of unknown origin. Our kits feature USA made FK Bearings, replacement O-rings and new stainless steel spiral rings. We provide enough parts to service (2) Coilovers (because why would you do just one).
